Today, we’re taking you along for an exciting event—the Boosterthon Obstacle Challenge Course at Charlee and Luke’s school. It was a day filled with energy, teamwork, and lots of fun, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!
What is Boosterthon?
If you haven’t heard of Boosterthon before, let me explain how it operates: In the weeks prior to the main event, students gather donations to help raise funds for their school, which will go towards enhancing facilities and supporting future student activities. During this time, they also engage in enjoyable challenges and have the chance to win fantastic prizes. When the event day arrives, students tackle an exhilarating obstacle course packed with various twists, turns, and thrilling physical challenges, all while showcasing their school spirit!
Game Time: Charlee & Luke Take on the Challenge!
The day began with Charlee’s class tackling the obstacle course bright and early, filled with excitement and determination. She was eager to give it her best effort, and we were right there, cheering her on with enthusiasm! Charlee participated in the IST (Instructional Support Team) alongside her classmates, navigating the course with impressive skill. It was easy to spot her among the crowd, as she stood out in her vibrant pink outfit, one of only two wearing that color, which made her shine even brighter as she conquered each challenge.
Following Charlee’s group, it was the turn of the 2nd graders for the Boosterthon event. Luke was full of energy, running tirelessly around the course, and I had to encourage him to take a water break to ensure he stayed hydrated. Fortunately, the weather was pleasantly cool this year, a welcome change from the sweltering heat of previous events, allowing everyone to enjoy the day with a refreshing breeze. Luke was truly on fire, powering through the course, even sprinting past a few sections because he was so eager to keep going and make the most of the experience.
The obstacle course was truly a thrill ride! The children navigated through it with boundless energy, crawling, hopping, sprinting, twisting, and jumping as they tackled each challenge. Each segment offered a fresh adventure, and it was inspiring to see their unwavering determination as they pushed through.

By the end of the event, there were big smiles, high-fives, and lots of celebration. The Boosterthon Obstacle Challenge wasn’t just about physical activity—it was about building confidence, teamwork, and having a blast with friends.
We’re so proud of Charlee, Luke, and all the students for giving it their best effort. It was an unforgettable day, and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
